Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://pristinewindowcleanerschuckey.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description. This Site describes Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Skylight Cleaning, Mirror Cleaning, Glass Door Cleaning, Downspout Inspection provided by Pristine Window Cleaners. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://pristinewindowcleanerschuckey.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pristine Window Cleaners or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. Pristine Window Cleaners may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Warranty Disclaimer. Pristine Window Cleaners makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Pristine Window Cleaners arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Pristine Window Cleaners harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Choice of Law. TN law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TN, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
